삭제를 원하는 기록을 알려 주세요. 초대 코드 등록 기록이면 사용한 초대 코드를 함께 알려 주시면 해당 기록 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 비밀번호나 신분증은 보내지 마세요.

삭제·보관되는 정보

확인 가능한 초대 코드 등록의 익명 사용자 식별자, 해당 설치의 서버 해제 권한 및 연결된 등록 정보를 삭제 대상으로 처리합니다. 삭제하면 서버 권한 복구가 불가능해질 수 있습니다. 이미 기기에 저장된 권한과 설정을 지우려면 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거해 주세요. 앱 제거만으로 서버 기록이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.

코드 재사용을 방지하는 사용 완료 코드 해시는 사용자 식별자와의 연결을 제거한 상태로 초대 프로그램 운영 기간 동안 보관할 수 있으며, 코드 폐기 또는 프로그램 종료 시 정리합니다. 등록 시각 등 불필요한 연결 정보는 함께 제거합니다. 분석 이벤트의 기본 보관 기간은 Google Analytics 프로젝트 설정에 따릅니다. 더 이상 개인과 연결할 수 없는 집계 통계는 개인별로 분리하여 삭제할 수 없습니다. Google 광고·분석 서비스에서 처리되는 데이터는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 관리 기능과 정책도 적용됩니다. 법적 보관 의무 등이 적용되는 경우 보관 이유와 기간을 개별 안내합니다.

We verify the request and the relevant record, then explain the deletion scope and outcome; we may ask for more information if needed.

Identifiable invitation registration identifiers, the server entitlement and linked registration details are deletion candidates. Deletion can prevent server recovery. Clear app data or uninstall to remove local settings and entitlements; uninstalling alone does not erase server records. A used code hash may remain without its user identifier for reuse prevention while the invitation program operates, and is removed when the code is retired or the program ends. Unnecessary linked information, such as registration time, is removed. Analytics retention follows project settings; statistics that can no longer be linked to an individual cannot be separated for individual deletion. Google's privacy controls and policies also apply to data handled by its advertising and analytics services. Any legally required retention is explained with its reason and duration.
